Official Regulatory Partners of Tones of Beauty

The Regulatory Company (TRC) delivers expert cosmetics compliance solutions solely focused on the beauty industry, at every stage of growth. Whether you are an independent founder launching your first product line or an established brand owner, a manufacturer, a distributor expanding your portfolio, a salon chain introducing private label ranges or a consultant, we provide the regulatory expertise you need to enter and succeed in the UK market.

With thousands of products screened annually by our in-house toxicologists and regulatory specialists, we ensure your haircare, skincare, fragrance, or any other category of cosmetics meet UK regulatory requirements and are market-ready.

Flexible and reliable solutions

Navigating UK compliance can be complex, especially for growing non-UK brands expanding internationally. That is why we have built our services to be flexible and accessible. Whether you need complete Product Information Files (PIFs), Safety Assessments (CPSR), label and claims reviews, SCPN notifications, or UK Responsible Person services, we offer modular and full-service solutions tailored to your needs.

From assessment to market launch

Our transparent approach takes you from formulation review to market launch with confidence. Starting with a complimentary Prescan of your products at an early stage, we assess your products' compliance status, identify any gaps, and provide clear timelines and resource requirements, so you are ready on time for your next steps.

Our clients work with a dedicated project manager, supported by in-house toxicologists and regulatory specialists. Through PRIMS (our proprietary compliance software platform) we provide ongoing compliance monitoring and forward-looking regulatory checks, helping you anticipate regulatory changes and manage product portfolios with confidence over time.

Global expertise, local insight

With offices in London, The Hague, New York and Toronto, TRC brings global expertise with a clear insight of the British regulations. We streamline compliance and reduce time-to-market so you can focus on growth and innovation.
