Emphasising inclusivity and catering to diverse beauty needs and all ages.
This week, Jones Road Beauty, the innovative
multi-tasking range from legendary makeup artist Bobbi Brown, has
delighted its fanbase by adding a new shade of its cult-favorite Miracle
Balm. The latest addition, Pinky Bronze, is a gorgeous pink/brown hue with
a subtle shimmer that originally appeared as a miniature in one of the brand’s
kits. Due to high demand from their passionate and diverse customer base, this
shade is now available in full size.
The name Miracle Balm carries weight, and this
product certainly lives up to it. Jones Road Beauty has become known for
offering a range of products across eyes, face, lips, cheeks, skincare, and
fragrance. Yet, the brand’s initial fame and widespread success stem from its
signature tinted balms—products that blur the lines between categories and can
be used in a multitude of ways.
Whether you’re using Miracle Balm as a blush, highlighter,
lip tint, or even as an all-over skin enhancer, it adapts to every skin tone,
providing a radiant, hydrated look. Beauty lovers of all complexions, from the UK
to Korea, have found ways to integrate these balms into their routines,
making them one of the most versatile items on the market. It’s no wonder that
Jones Road is now one of the top skincare brands embraced globally.
The creation of Miracle Balm was a happy accident.
Brown initially set out to create a lipstick but what came back from the lab
was not what she expected. However, upon testing the product, she knew she had
struck gold. This "mistake" led her to start Jones Road Beauty,
a brand designed to cater to women of all skin tones, including the underserved
multicultural beauty market.
Brown's original namesake brand was sold to The Estée
Lauder Companies in 1995, preventing her from launching a new brand for 25
years. After staying with Lauder until 2016, she officially re-entered the
beauty industry with Jones Road in 2020, blending makeup and skincare in a way
that resonates with women across the world, from the US to the UK and
beyond. The brand emphasises inclusivity, catering to diverse beauty needs and
all ages.
In just its first year, Jones Road generated an impressive
$20 million in revenue, and by 2023, its earnings had skyrocketed. Initially
available online, Jones Road has now expanded with standalone stores in the US
and a presence in London's Liberty. As Jones Road Beauty continues to
grow, its influence is spreading globally, becoming a force in both UK
skincare manufacturers and health & beauty wholesalers alike.
The beauty industry's love for multitasking
products and inclusivity mirrors the growing demand for versatile solutions
across various markets, from wholesale skincare suppliers to korean
cosmetics wholesalers. With products like Miracle Balm leading the charge, Jones
Road Beauty is proving that modern skincare and makeup can be both
functional and universally appealing.
